Different then our Virtual Consultations, this service provides a comprehensive design package with a clear set of deliverables to help you create a cohesive space.
Our Virtual Design Service is a cost-effective and efficient solution that eliminates the need for on-site meetings. We provide clear plans and expert support so you can bring your design to life on your own time. A compressive package consisting of layouts, elevations, mood boards, and furniture designs will help you visualize and execute your project with confidence. Our focus is on providing general concepts and dimensions so you can implement the design on your schedule and as your budget allows. The execution and sourcing of trades and building materials will be at the discretion of you and your contractor.
This service is best suited for tackling a few rooms at a time. If you have a larger project, we suggest looking at our full service option.
Virtual Design can be applied to nearly any type of space! Whether it's a large great room, cozy bedroom, or master ensuite, we can help you achieve the most beautiful home.
Our Virtual Design Service typically takes two to four months from start to finish, depending on the size, scope, number or revisions, and client responsiveness. After the deliverables have been submitted, the timeframe for implementation is up to you.
Since everything is done using e-mail and Zoom, we rely on the client to provide dimensioned floor plans, site photos, and inspiration photos. Our team would be happy to virtually assist you where needed and advise on how best to document these items. Along with the above, a questionnaire will be issued to ensure all room requirements are properly captured.
Once the dimensioned plans, photos, inspiration, and questionnaire have been completed, our team will get to work in fulfilling the below deliverables. After a series of virtual meetings and a maximum of three revision rounds, a final package will be issued encapsulating your design.

Our focus is on providing general concepts and dimensions so you can implement the design on your schedule and as your budget allows. Matters related to electrical, structural, rough plumbing, building materials, or mechanical work is best consulted with your contractor. Installers are responsible for re-confirming all measurements based on the concepts outlined in our package.

This service is best for clients who are looking to refresh their home with new furniture, decor, decorative lighting, and window treatments. We can also implement surface level wall treatments such as paint & wall paper. This service does not include renovation or millwork coordination.
Our Furniture & Decor service is divided into two phases. If budget is a concern, Phase #1 can be used independently under the agreement that you, the client, will execute all items outlined under Phase #2. For the complete service, we suggest utilizing both phases.

However, as professionals in the industry, we will provide honest feedback on whether or not a specific item will pose limitations. We will always work closely with you to better understand your vision and explore integrating your ideas seamlessly into the final product.
Phase #1 typically takes two to six months to facilitate depending on the size of project. Estimates for Phase #2 are provided once Phase #1 has been approved. Our team aims to source items that are available but want to avoid limiting the design. You, the client, will be updated accordingly with schedule changes. We manage uncertainties and adapt to supply chain challenges while working towards the best possible design outcome.

Alternatively, we can complete a site visit to gather this data independently. We will request that you prepare inspiration photos along with information regarding desired timelines and approximate budget.
Although this is a service we hope to provide one day, we unfortunately do not offer this currently. We require that all furniture be removed before new furniture arrives.
